Cyder

Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 August 2026

These terms govern use of Cyder (cyder.in), operated by Aman Gupta (“we”). By creating an account or connecting an ad platform, you agree to them.

The service

Cyder analyzes advertising accounts you connect, surfaces findings and recommendations, drafts reports, and — only with your explicit per-action or per-policy approval — applies bounded changes to those accounts (such as pausing an ad or adjusting a budget within capped limits). During the design-partner phase the product is provided free of charge and is under active development.

Your responsibilities

  • Connect only ad accounts you are authorized to manage.
  • Review recommendations before approving them — you remain responsible for your clients’ accounts and budgets.
  • Comply with Meta’s (and any other connected platform’s) own terms and advertising policies.

What we don’t promise

Cyder provides analysis and recommendations, not guarantees of advertising performance. The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (during the free phase: zero). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from actions you approved.

Data

Our Privacy Policydescribes what we collect and how it’s handled. Your agency’s data is never shared with other customers and never used to train AI models.

Termination

You can stop using Cyder and request deletion at any time (instructions). We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or violate platform policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.
