Data deletion instructions

You can remove your data from Cyder in two ways, at any time:

1. Disconnect Meta (immediate access revocation)

• In Cyder: Settings → Integrations → Meta Ads, disconnect the integration. This invalidates our stored access token.
• Or from Meta’s side: facebook.com → Settings & privacy → Business integrations, find “cyder” and remove it. Our token stops working immediately.

2. Full workspace deletion

Email aman@cyder.inwith the subject “Data deletion request” from your account email. We will delete your workspace — account data, imported ad-account data, metrics, reports, and encrypted tokens — within 30 days, and confirm by reply.

If you arrived here from a Facebook data-deletion request, the same applies: email us and we’ll remove all data associated with your Meta authorization.
